Friday evening 4 pm-6.30 pm: Introduction to yogic breathing followed by Q/A
Saturday & Sunday morning 7am-10am Mysore style classes
Saturday 1 pm-3.30 pm: Workshop about how to put your leg behind the head and armbalances.
Sunday 1 pm-3.30 pm:How to optimize your Suryanamaskara for both strenght & flexibility. Lecture about yoga & injuries.
